Community involvement and charitable events often go hand-in-hand. The Tustin Community Foundation is no stranger to either, and has been sponsoring several events for years, including this annual event: The Tustin Mayor’s Inaugural Dinner.
The 11th annual fundraiser has grown over time, with additional participants and most importantly more capacity to give back to the community in support of those in need. Proceeds from this year’s dinner go to local non-profit organizations in order to support valuable educational opportunities, arts and cultural resources, community outreach programs, youth activities, senior programs and various health and human services initiatives in the local community.
A formal community dinner honoring John Nielsen, Mayor of Tustin, will be held at Tustin Ranch Golf Club on Friday, January 29, 2016 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. A number of opportunities are available for anyone interested in getting involved or providing assistance in making this great event more successful. From event tickets and event sponsorship to donations of goods and services to monetary contributions, individuals and businesses can continue to come together for this worthy cause. For additional information or to get involved, please contact board member Christine Uribe at urbec@aol.com or any of the members of The Tustin Community Foundation.
Community involvement is a large part of the Alex Moving & Storage mentality. With locations here in Orange County and neighboring Ventura County, we’ve been an Orange County Moving Company with deep roots in the community. In addition to company-wide efforts, many of our team members invest time and effort into charitable organizations such as the Tustin Community Foundation.
